    A: Our studs are compatible with a variety of tires including bicycles, motorcycles, cars, ATVs, and trucks. Please refer to the product specifications on the product page.

  • Q: Are the traction studs reusable?
    A: Yes, traction studs can be removed after winter if they remain in good condition and reused for the next season.

2.Shipping & Delivery

  • Q: Where do you ship from? How long does delivery take?
    A: All orders are shipped from Hunan, China. Delivery usually takes 7–15 business days, depending on the destination country.

  • Q: Will I receive a tracking number after the order is shipped?
    A: Yes, once your order is shipped, we’ll send a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel in real time.

    A: We accept major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
    Q: Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?
    A: Please contact our customer service within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to help update your shipping information before the order is processed.

Q: Can I return the product if I'm not satisfied?
A: Yes. Within 30 days of receiving the product, if there are obvious defects or quality issues and the item is unused, you can request a return and refund according to our return policy.
Q: How long does a refund take?
A: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process the refund within 7–10 business days. The time it takes to receive the refund depends on your bank or payment provider (usually 5–10 business days). Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for more details.

5.Warranty & After-Sales

  • Q: What if I receive defective studs?
    A: If you find any defective studs that cannot be used, please provide your order number and clear photos. We will either send replacements or offer a partial refund based on the defect quantity.

6.Customs & Duties

Q: Will I have to pay import taxes?
A: This depends on your country’s customs policy. Our prices do not include import duties, VAT, or other customs fees. Customers are responsible for any applicable charges upon delivery.
