Thank you for choosing Kavonix. We are committed to delivering high-quality, reliable traction stud products and ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you encounter any issues after receiving your order, please follow the guidelines below to request a return or warranty service.

 Hassle-Free Return Policy (Within 30 Days of Receipt)

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or experience quality issues, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product:

- Returned items must be new, unused, and in original packaging.  
- Include your order number or proof of purchase (e.g., screenshot/invoice) with the return.  
- Please use a sturdy shipping box to ensure safe transport.  
- For non-quality-related returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping, and a restocking fee up to 10% may apply (depending on the condition of the return).

Refund Policy

- After we receive and inspect your returned item, you will receive an email notification regarding the approval status of your refund.  
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days and automatically returned to your original payment method (e.g., credit card or e-wallet).  
- Please note that banks or payment providers may take 3–7 business days to reflect the amount in your account.  
- If your package was not delivered due to logistic issues, we will offer a refund only if you cooperate with our delivery staff to verify your identity.  
- If a return occurs due to refusal of delivery, incorrect address, or lack of coordination, a full refund will not be issued, and shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.  
- Please coordinate with the delivery staff to ensure a smooth delivery process.

 

Shipping Delays & Refund Policy

Due to unforeseen circumstances in international logistics, the following conditions are not eligible for refunds:

- Delays caused by natural disasters, holidays, customs clearance, or logistics carriers (FedEx, DHL, etc.).  
- Even with a valid tracking number, delays during transit are not grounds for a refund.  
- Refunds will not be issued solely due to late delivery unless the item is undelivered.

 

Order Cancellation

- Order cancellation requests will be accepted within 24 hours of placing the order or before the item is shipped, whichever comes first.  
- Cancellation requests after this period are not guaranteed, especially if the order is already being packed or has been shipped.

- If the order has already shipped, you may refer to our return policy to initiate a return after receipt.

 

Kavonix™ Warranty Policy

All Kavonix™ traction stud products undergo strict quality control before shipment. If you discover a product defect that renders the studs unusable within 30 days of purchase, we offer the following support:

- Refund based on the defective quantity and unit price, or  Replacement shipment for the defective traction studs.

Please provide the following for warranty processing:

- Clear photos or videos of the defective studs  
- Order number or proof of purchase
- A brief description of the issue  

> Please note: We do not provide free return shipping labels.  
> If you wish to return defective products, shipping fees will be borne by the customer.

 International Duties / Tax Notice

- Your country may charge import duties, VAT, or customs clearance fees on international shipments.  
- If you refuse delivery or the package is returned due to unpaid fees (e.g., in Germany, UK, Canada, US), we will not issue a refund.  
- Customers are responsible for all applicable import duties, taxes, and fees.  
- Please check with your local customs office for information before placing an order.
