At Kavonix, our mission is to deliver reliable, high-performance tire stud products direct from our factory to customers worldwide.

1.Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
Processing is done on business days only, excluding Chinese public holidays.
2.Shipping Time
All delivery times are estimates and start after dispatch.
Free shipping orders are sent via standard logistics, with an estimated transit time of 7–15 days.
Shipping times exclude Chinese public holidays.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are not included in the product price and are calculated based on your order quantity, weight, and delivery location. Once you place an order or submit an inquiry, our team will provide the exact shipping cost and available delivery options before payment is finalized.
We work with multiple logistics providers (including Yanwen(standard shipping), DHL, FedEx, and freight forwarders) to offer the most cost-effective and timely solutions for both small parcels and bulk shipments.

Free shipping applies
Buy 2 Get Free Shipping applies to screw tire stud products only, excluding model 1910/1911/1912. Free shipping is capped at $35.
4.Customs Duties & Taxes
All international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import charges, which are levied once the package reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for specific details before placing an order. Refusal to pay customs fees will not be considered a valid reason for return or refund.
5. Shipping Method & Delivery Time
All orders are shipped directly from China. Estimated delivery time is 7–15 days.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that the package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with family members, neighbors, or anyone who might have accepted the package on your behalf.
