How do I choose the right tire stud size?

Choose the stud length based on your tire tread depth. 👉 Rule: The stud shank should be 2mm shorter than your lug height.

Front Tires → Precision steering (#174)
Rear Tires (450cc+) → Aggressive racing (#180R)
Small Bikes / Trail → All-around grip (#170 / #180)

How many tire studs do I need?

The count depends on your tire size and desired grip level. 👉 Standard Setup:

Front Tire: 100 – 120 studs
Rear Tire: 150 – 180 studs
Pit Bikes: 80 – 100 studs per tire

Can I install tire studs myself?

Yes. No professional tire shop needed. 👉 Requirements:
